Ideal Coffee are distributors of Expobar Coffee machines and Bondi Chai.  We have access to a large range of commercial and domestic coffee machines, grinders and other barista accessories.  We can set up a package to suit any domestic or commercial situation.

Ideal Coffee also supplies our customers with; Chocolate Coated Coffee Beans, Premium Chocolate Powder, Gourmet Syrups, Sugar Sticks, Take Away cups, lids, spoons and POS merchandise.

Training for the Workplace or Domestic Barista

Ideal Coffee sources Estate Grown, Specialty Grade green bean (raw coffee) from Asia, Africa, Central and South America.  Organic, Rainforest Alliance and Fairtrade registered coffees are sourced above other specialty beans.  Ideal Coffee is a UTZ registered roaster and member of the AustralAsian Specialty Coffee Association.    

Ideal Mild

Soft, smooth, sweet and creamy this is a great all rounder, perfect for all day sipping.  Suitable for Espresso and Stove Top.

Ideal Medium

Blended and Roasted specifically with the domestic espresso machine in mind, ideal medium is a well balanced smooth and silky textured medium roast that when extracted correctly has a hint of milk chocolate.  Ideal for Espresso and Stove Top. 

This is the blend we use commercially.

Ideal ‘Roar’

It’s Ideal Medium with bite.  A well balanced, smooth, medium roast, just like Ideal Medium, but with a hint of caramel not chocolate and a stronger mouth feel.  Ideal for Espresso and Stove Top.

Ideal Bold

A stronger sophisticated coffee blend with a mix of fruit and dark chocolate flavours and a bold body. Perfect black or white, the boldness of this blend lingers beautifully on the palate.  Suitable for Espresso and stove top Only.

Ideal Plunger / Filter

Smooth, yet full bodied.  The flavour profile for this coffee is based on that of Ideal Medium however, It has been blended and roasted specifically for use in a plunger or drip filter (only).  Suitable for Plunger and drip filter Only.

Ideal Decaf - Swiss Water Processed

This decaf is so good unless you were told, you wouldn’t know it was decaf.  Full bodied and flavoursome this decaf coffee is perfect for the late night cup.  Suitable for Espresso, Plunger, Stove Top and drip filter.

You don’t pre prepare coffee for your customers days, weeks or months in advance - so either do we.

Apart from the freshness of our coffee and the individuality of the packaging, what sets us apart is our background as professional full time baristas and trainers. We understand that the person making the coffee affects 50% of the end result so we can help ensure your staff achieve the best in grinder adjustment, consistent extraction as well as free pour milk and latte art techniques. Working with you we will set your café apart from others in your area.

Ideal Coffee is an award winning business specialising in Coffee Roasting and Barista Training.  Ideal Coffee was established by two professional baristas with over 12 years collective experience who were tired of mass produced coffee.
